Warranty Terms for Yekan Brand Products
Yekan, as a manufacturer of industrial vibration measurement and monitoring equipment, is committed to providing high-quality products. Our product warranty reflects our confidence in their quality and performance. Please carefully review the following terms:
1. Warranty Period:
All Yekan-branded products (including vibration sensors, mechanical switches, non-contact probes, and vibration protection systems) come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (as indicated on the invoice).
2. Warranty Coverage:
The warranty covers the free repair or replacement of components found to be defective due to flaws in raw materials or the manufacturing process. Additionally, initial calibration services are provided free of charge during the warranty period.
3. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper installation, usage, or maintenance (such as failure to follow technical instructions).
- Damage caused by accidents, physical impact, electrical voltage fluctuations, or external factors.
- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel, or the use of non-original parts.
4. Warranty Claim Process:
- The customer must send the defective product, along with its accessories, to the Yekan Company address.
- Following an assessment by our experts (within a maximum of 14 business days), the product will be repaired or replaced.
- If the issue is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be informed of the repair costs.
5. Important Notes:
- To maintain the validity of the warranty, please use the product in accordance with the provided instructions.
- Yekan Company reserves the right to modify the warranty terms, subject to prior notification.
- This warranty complies with international standards (such as ISO 9001, CE, and ATEX); however, it does not guarantee performance under non-standard operating conditions.
